Justin is a native of South Florida and holds a Masters’ Degree from the University of Florida. A Licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate since 2002, Community Association Manager since 1998, Public Notary. Industry Designations include: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Relocation Specialist-Worlwide ERC, Certified Distressed Property Expert, REO Certified and eAgent. Served on the Agent Leadership Council as Chair of the Advertising & Education Committees; in addition, Justin, is a Certified Top Producer Pro Manage Instructor/Trainer.

Justin worked as Community Association Manager for Associa Property Management prior to becoming a Realtor. Duties: Managing Condominium and Home Owners Associations. The experience has afforded him a unique understanding and ability to deal with diverse types of properties in all markets.

In addition, Justin has managed property portfolios for National Lenders & Hedge Funds. Duties: property valuation, acquisition, renovation oversite and management. Thus, Justin is well qualified to assist with your investment needs.

Justin enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with clients and prides himself on acting in a consultative role.

A native of Venezuela, Claudia has resided in South Florida since 1999. A Licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate since 2003. Public Notary. Industry Designations include: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Relocation Specialist-Worldwide ERC, Expert, Certified Distressed Property Expert, REO Certified, eAgent, and served on the Agent Leadership Council.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Claudia worked in the Property Management Division of Algebra International GMAC Real Estate, overseeing leasing and management of residential properties.
